The marigold finish — a deep, honeyed amber suffused with an oil-on-water iridescence — shifts from burnished gold to copper to flame depending on the light, a hallmark of Fenton's finest early carnival production.

The bowl rests on three elegant spatula feet, lifting it with a quiet confidence suited to centrepiece display.
